Law Enforcement Academy During the week of June 21 through June 25, 2010, the Pine Tree Council Learning for Life program will be conducting its 17th Annual Law Enforcement Academy that will be hosted by the Maine Criminal Justice Academy in Vassalboro. Each year high school students are invited to apply to this intense and challenging career program in Law Enforcement. Any student interested in attending this academy is encouraged to contact Bryan Thomas, Assistant Scout Executive (207-797-5252, Ext 25). Applications are available in the office. Students must be 14 years old and must have graduated from the 8th grade to attend. This program is restricted to those students with a serious interest in law enforcement or military career fields.
